At BSL Healthcare our goal is to provide 24 hour NRCPD qualified interpreter provision across the NHS for deaf British sign language users.

This website enables deaf BSL users to inform us of upcoming NHS medical appointments (including same day GP appointments). Following this, we will then contact the medical setting to confirm the details, assign the interpreter and inform all parties of the assignment.

Another part of our service is to provide emergency and out of hours BSL interpreting. When the emergency and out of hours form is submitted, the local on call interpreter will receive an alert and is ready to respond. The emergency and out of hours interpreting form can only be activated by NHS medical settings and requires a password.
